The Piper

the piper piped for African fox it danced lightning strokes rhythms and tones were loud but refused to follow dance law he sang music to snake it opened its fangs instead venom was sprayed in his eyes divine grace made him see again the piper in his amusement never ever learned to think he invited cranes for tea they remained on the trees He tried his luck with the hare it came and sat on his laps dancing and wriggling in joy at the end all his estates went
