The Photograph I Failed To Take
However, you try
To cover your sleek window
The flood of blue and pink
Of your rainbow flowers
Keep bursting with desire
To come out
I stood like a statue
My hypnotized two eyes
Busy in drinking the honey
As much glass full
As possible
Filling the heart cups
With the tickle
I did have my camera
With a quite long zoom too
But the sips of the drink
Kept me too focused
To take out from the bag
The restless telescopic lens
Red with revolt
It is a decade now
Since I missed the chance
To utilize the ready box
But I don't regret
Nor any logic to do
For whenever I am in a pit
Groping for some roses
I choose to go back
To the pink tension
Between my lens
And the object
The two dark daisies
Looking from green bushes
Fire and ice
Unforgettable paradise
