The pathless path

Drowned in thoughts cacophonous trill Deaf to conscience, we’ve become ill How then may dark voids within fill If we know not how to be still To make easy ascent uphill Ego cravings we need to kill But silence is an acquired skill For which we must surrender will Dew drops within heart overspill If we choose to take a chill pill Love draws us back for a refill That our life mission we fulfil

marvelous monorhyme on my favorite subject--silence and the love we can find there. It's all in the acknowledging and surrendering. I liked 'silence is an acquired skill." Your words are wise and powerful. Have a pleasant weekend, Sara
