The Past the Present and the Yet To Be

Life is a book of volume three
The past the present and the yet to be
For now, I feel the love I was seeking
So desperately
Your words like a blossoming sunrise
That lights up your eyes
I finally know how love is supposed to be
My mind and soul filled
With your beautiful presence 
Of what our life is going to be

You have surely helped me to see
What God wants for you and me
For he has blessed us both in so many ways
Guiding our spirit in him for all to see                                                                                           In life, we bare hearts and souls
In hopes, we will find true love 
As we know it to be

We both know our love will grow
Strong enough to last
You and me we see this is for eternity
So it's in life that we live each book
As we know it should be
The past the present and yet to be
In volume three

It's our love we see without seeing
Feel without feeling that we know lives
In each other's hearts and memories
It's how God meant for love to be
Open and honest, free as it can be                                                            
With you living life right beside me
