The Past

I love to say; you're a dumb ass
Because all my life I have had to look pass,

The label I have and that is white trash
I was born in to it so it is my past,

I feel good when I put another person down
The pleasure I get makes me want to wear a crown,

I never was the princess that I should of been
Due to the fact I looked like a boy and never was thin,

All these years I have tried to be someone else
But, when I look in the mirror I see my true self,

Deep in my soul I hated my child hood up bringing
That is why I listen to a country songs and always singing,

I know I am not the only one who has a bad past
I try to pray to god but it doesn't last.
