The Past
Things we forget,
Things we forgive,
Things that have died,
Things that live.
People that have passed,
People that have said HI,
People that you forgot,
People that caught you'r eye.
Memories lost,
Somewhere in the back of you'r mind,
Memories that never fade,
Even with time.
Everyone can forgive,
Not everyone can forget,
Some things are to painful,
Deep in you'r mind they are set.
To try and forgive,
To go on in time,
To ease the soul,
To clear the mind.
Live for today,
Don't dwell on the past,
Keep you'r friends close,
Make you'r friendships last.
