I’ve walked through the darkness. Managing my life in to a mess. Being in a sea of selfishness. Trying to control the outcome, Walking around so numb. Pain and misery controlled me. I was crazy inside its madness. Feeling so helpless, hopeless pure sadness. Got pushed into the light. All I wanted to do is fight. I deserve this? It’s a lie what gives! Hope and joy fill me inside. Giving up my way at the end of the highway Cars flying by I’m dying! Scared to open my eyes I’m crying! Now I’m awaken to something that has shaken my soul The light the flow that guides me Maybe I had to go through the dark to reach the light. Maybe I had to be paralyzed by fright.
