The Other Self
As night falls, we return to our home.
The tranquil of the night calls forth the unseen.
The soul departs from its chamber,
Encountering the mysteries of the hidden world.
At times, it finds a vast meadow of shadows;
At other times, it meets the other self that veils the daylight self.
