The Orphanage

Small boy in an orphanage , his lyric written down,
he’s thought about it several days, hoping now it’s found
folded to an airplane, through the window to the crowd
but no one see’s the message, no one hears the sound

The orphanage so crowed, they do the best they can
the outside world can be so cold, how would they understand,
the home feeds little children, one by one in line,
and the world should only hear, that every bodies fine

His punishment is over, he’s moved to a higher floor,
through the window goes his song, he’s trying it once more,
folded to an airplane, through the window to the crowd,
but no one see’s the message, no one hears the sound,

Just outside his window, must be the largest tree,
with all the captured airplanes, becoming snow white leaves,
the wind sometimes will shake them but they land inside the wall
such a lonely lyric , when you know how it will fall,

His punishment is over, he’s moved to the highest floor,
his pocket has the lyric, he’s trying it once more,
he now becomes the airplane, through the window to the ground
where the angels take the message, for the boy is heaven bound,
