The Orb

The Orb From Outer Space

bask in the vast expanse between time & space
to behold a crystal orb from outer space
long ago let the truth be told
of parting spaces amidst certain traces
the vigilant expanse of the hand that understands
I will wallow in the misery far from my earthly existece
the orb suddenly opened with an alien figure sitting inside
a certain captivating response came from the populace

the question was, "Were we under attack?"
bright and brilliant colors permeated from the decorated orb in scope
we were besides ourselves only to discover this alien traveler amongst us
He whispered, "Be not afraid earthlings" we are not hurt to kill you.
Rather to enjoy your great beauty
