The Only Reason I Live
I had a dream,
We were hanging out,
Laughing,
Smiling.
And then out of nowhere
You came right out and told me that you liked me.
I was so happy,
I came right up to you and hugged you.
But it was minutes later
that I realized I was dreaming,
and that the real world would never let that happen.
Still,
it is hope.
And it's the only reason I live.
