The One's

Poem: The One's
Edited by: Sparkle Jordan

I pray
for
the lonely -
I pray
for
the
down trodden,
and
broken hearted -
The one's
who say that:
"I almost
made it."
The one's
who
battle's
through
the storm -
I pray
for
those
who seek
shelter
out the
rain....
who are
nomad's,
and
have no
home -
I am
the one
who prays
for all
of
those
that
society
close
there eyes
too,
and
fight
desperately
to
avoid -
I will
always
offer my
hand,
to the
less
fortunate
in
the struggle -
who
gave life,
all
they had
to
survive.....
You are
the one's
that I pray
for.....
the one's
who
are low.....
who have
to scrap
for
every dime -
They say
that you
may not
make
it,
in
a world
obsessed
with money
and
crime -
You
labour
everyday,
long
and hard,
hoping for
a brighter
day
to come......
and
a brand
new start -
I say
keep your
head up -
keep one
foot
in front
of
the other,
and
keep faith,
close to
your heart -
and
one day
soon,
you'll rise
triumphantly
above
it all -
I pray
for you -
