The One, Letter
It started with a letter,
Falling of the locker.
Scared enough to be discover
Rushed towards to cover.
Embarassed faces turned red
Instantly I was introduced as a friend
Call me crazy, that day was not easy
Troubled mind started in a frenzy
Without this simple incident
My life would've gone in great decent
Sooner or later pursuing all the wrong,
Turned to be the greatest lesson
Blinded by the arrogance of a child
Build up by emotions forgot your by my side
All this time never realizing,
How many times I kept on stargazing.
You were there, I know this..
Because I always thought it was peace.
Calling you in the midnight highway
Never seeing how the pathway,
Turned into the right way
I hope I'm not too late
To run my race
To see that smiling face,
And maybe someday be your mate?
