The On Off Switch
The on off switch,
everyone wonders which to press,
to flip it up, click it off,
turn it back on, start a new cycle,
of life on the run.
A new power, a brand new day.
electricity, setting a world in motion,
with a click of a button, a flip of a switch,
an on off pattern, awake and sleep,
lifes cycle, till the batteries drain,
recharge, and restart.
all over again.
