The Olive Tree

Initially, it was a small seed that needed to be nurtured. What happened to this beautiful seed when it was placed into the ground, never knowing if it would see the light of day? What can be stated is that the seed went underground to die; it's all right. Over time, the water would grow at sea into a mighty tree. With each stage of water and sunlight, the tree would become larger. What is love but a great metaphor, as the Olive Tree mentioned in the book of Jacob? The mighty olive tree gives beautiful and tasty food items. It is more important for the food to be allowed to flourish. The olive tree is the only tree meant to be retrimmed for future growth. Taking this into account, we must look at the people we have in our lives and see whether or not they can continue with us or if they must be scattered to the ground like the weeds they came to be.
