The Old Lies

Tell me again all the old lies
All tyrants fail and will die
And truth will always be known
When a shining path to you is shown

That an ordinary person will win
When big business delve right in
No matter that you are in distress
A hero will ride out against the storm and save us

If you close your eyes and wish really hard
You will receive your due when playing your cards
That their will be peace on earth for all
And you living happily ever after means we will not fall
