The Night That Gave Me Fright

Twas a cold and windy night with leaves crackling Spooks and goblins floating through the air Black cats and witches zooming across the moon Bellies with hunger wishing for candy treats Dark as midnight with candlelit lights Giggling with laughter while knocking on doors Trick or treat was said as the squeaking door opened A wolf in sheep's clothing then appeared Holding a skull in their hand full of candy and treats Take only one was said if you take more I will use your head Scared with fright we only took one Then father smiled so we took his skull and ran We tricked him Leaving him empty handed
