The Next Day
During a night filled with darkness there is light
The stars in the sky and the love in our eyes
Together again holding each other tonight
Having you back in my arms feels so right
It's all that matters is right now
But you won't be with me tomorrow
You have to leave me how I am
Tonight I have forgotten all of yesterdays sorrows
The next Day
You are gone
My life filled with regret again
Thoughts of you and my mistakes have returned
I know I was wrong and I can't ever have you
But I can always say that I love you
