The New Year Eve

The New Year's Eve is the day, When you can make a fresh start with a wonderful resolution and preparing for it with gay. Forget the days of past full of regret and guilt, There are now loads of goals and millions of milestone which you need to build. You can start afresh with laughter and smiles, Forgive all your enemies with whom you've been hostile. Take a while to realise all your mistakes you've made the previous year, Make sure to apologise to all those peers, And resolve to live in harmony and cheer. But instead of spending a lot on this day on good and gifts outside, Why not give something in return to the land where you reside? As the world celebrates this day with fireworks, Make it a point not to do it yourself and also in your friend's network. Donating your old clothes and goods to the needy is a way to give them a good start, And helping them improve their lifestyles with all your heart. I feel that in place of all gifts and expenditure on ourselves for our celebration, A smile on the poor and a healthy environment will indeed be a treat to the world and our nation. So let's determine not to be good but to be better this year, And make this world a better place to live by trying to wipe away sorrow, problems and tears.
