The New Boy
There's a new boy in my life
At least in my eyes
Cause he's off limits
He has a girl and stays committed
But I can't help wanting him
Everytime he walks into a room
Or smiles his secrets smiles
I know if I push hard enough
He could be mines
The things is I am really
Opening up a can of worms
Not just that I want him
Not just that he has a girl
But let's get more to the point
He's real close friends with my ex
How would it look going from one to the next?
Two completely alike personalities
Two similar minds and bodies
Can I help that i'm attracted to
Tall dark and handsome
Dark being my perfered prefrence
Can I help that he makes me smile?
Just as much as the one I lost?
Can I help if he's almost a duplicate
Of the one I used to be with
The one I still care about daily?
Would you call this rebounding?
Cause basically what i'd call it
Is crazy...
