The Narrow Path

I have walked on the narrow path searching
I have walked on the narrow path singing
I have walked on the narrow path sarching for the truth
 that will unite me and you.A truth that is not known
A truth that is absent from the town 
A truth that is buried under the ground
No one can unearth it, no one can reveal it
The dust is wrapped up into the snow and
They don't know which way to go, 
I have traveled this path before, and I have watched
You walked through the door, my heart was strong
And I waited patiently to sing a new song
And when the time was right I did not put up a fight
You return with a perfect smile, that almost made me cry
You did not say a word but everything was unnerved
The path is clear, and the heavens have much to share
And when the day is done and the sun is on the run
I will relax and enjoy the cool breeze, 
and my spirit will be at ease.
The path is clear lets go .
