The Mystery of Humpty's Fall

This is the tale of a mighty great fall
And how it came to be from sitting on a wall
From the beginning it was never revealed
The bricks and the mortar were never sealed
Required permits were never approved
And the 'Danger' sign someone had moved
The site was deemed a building space
The order was to completely replace
So when Humpty Dumpty was strolling along
He had no idea the wall wasn't strong
And when Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall
The crumbling bricks caused him to fall
All the kings' horses' and all the kings' men
Couldn't put Humpty together again
So that's when they made the triple zero call
Requesting assistance, Humpty's had a fall
Please come quick, it's your help we need
Humpty's hit his head and it's starting to bleed
Paramedics arrived and Humpty was assessed
Onto a stretcher, wounds to be dressed
Arriving at the hospital poor Humpty was scared
Having stitches was something Humpty had feared
Just a stitch or two the doctor said
We need to stitch that cut on your head
Once it's done there'll be no pain
So the doctors put Humpty together again
