The Motions

The past is there,
But I try to ignore,
The feelings that I had before.

But all in vain,
I slowly slip,
Back into your loving grip.

Indecisive,
I can't explain,
The reasons that I feel this way.

Inquiring now,
I ask the truth:
Do you still feel the same way too?

Nervously,
I pass you by,
And still keep in my mind of why.

I can't approach,
I fear the worst.
But most of all, I fear the word:

"No."

As we swim with life's motions...aiming to not drown in its emotions. Fantastic, Mandy!
