The Moth and the Butterfly
You're a social butterfly
And I'm an introspective moth
Your wings are so beautiful
And you radiate such a pervasive light
And I spend my days
Drawn to the light you shine
But we're two worlds apart
So radically different in almost every respect
Nothing makes me happier
Than to see you smile
So I'm fine with the status quo
Even if I dream of elevation
Sometimes some things are best left unsaid
And one day I may find a more realistic light
You're a social butterfly
And I'm an introspective moth
