The Most Beautiful Girl Ever

She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. As I sat there, pen hovering above the parchment She was all I could think about. Her complexion brought to mind olive shale. She wore a dress, It was the most wonderful shade of blue, india ink. With eyes like big blue opals And hair an amazing shade of brown That one could only call brass tack. She was beautiful as a jade. She is my wife. She was, and is, my Lyndhurst jade.

This poem was written for my English class, I had to use the 8 random colors picked from a hat. This was not easy to do so if it sucks please don't laugh.
