The Mosquitoes Might
Who could have wondered the mosquitoes might?
I never did until this night
They put their treats directly to my face
My legs they attacked as they made their case
Fresh and calm the breeze from the window blow
Dragging and blawing I pouffed the smoke
In peace and fun they pierced and sucked my blood
I think this night we are all just having fun just look
I drag and drag thinking of how to clap for it
She sucks with skills with one wing awaiting to take a flight
A champion clap I wish to give her
This wish of mine I must deliver
Their signature sign of victory is malaria
So I must clap because in Nigeria
It kills people more than the hearders
So my unfriendly clap must be heard.
I now respect the mosquitoes might
From this night and all nights.
