The Mortal Wound of the Civilized World

"The Mortal Wound of the Civilized World"
Shift upwards speed fast the choice, Is Gears chosen by the energetic heart fuel the freedom The point of attention the “I Am” an expression of the same consciousness that you are "Is" we are living yet contained economies numbed and played circadian pinned and framed to our walls day in night out repeat by remote control thinking we are free true ignition evades us until the game is over We are caught up in the mortal wound of the civilized world humanity monopolized bored we are we are the board game (LadyLabyrinth / 2020)

We are blinded by our vanities, by our so-called enligtenments. We walk upon high ledges backward with eyes closed and think we see. We deceive ourselves into thinking we are more than weaken flesh, aching wants, dark desires and oft feeble mutterings in a raging storm. Yet we may be only one step away from salvation and eternity.. Your poem inspires me to write today.. A fav.. THANKS..

I fear my writing may be taking a turn for the dark, it needs some attention.

We are kept in the dark to keep us quiet.

We are all being played for what we truly are...human. Like mushrooms, sitting placidly in our porosity, the majority of us growing peacefully unaware under our dark wet cardboard covers, avoiding the daylight.

most people can't see beyond the length of their arm and 99 per cent of the rest are blind...realize what's happening, first they need to understand the eternities do not care, we will be until we are no more, all the hopes and dreams that live in the universe will always be for nothing is new, it's only that we will be gone, another black hole from a dead star

I watched the first 2020 Presidential debate between Trump and Biden last night. Embarrassing and painful....worse than a DRE. An American friend of mine commented to me this morning, they had to turn off and walk away. Bit like this poem.
