The Moment of Death

Remain with me just a moment more, close this door
Let this heart become steady, until it is ready, to let you go
just spend five more minutes so that every grief coming toward me stops
So that every star drop, all time stops and I can see you a slight moment more

Yes, wow, just one more moment...Life is so short (what a trivial comment of mine) and then it is gone. Thanks to your reminder I will try to make the most of today, thank you, Kai

Hello Faraz, Best of Luck in the contest with your rhyme here!! Your final seven words in this rhyme say it all: "I could see you a slight moment more." Your rhyme gives the reader much to think about. That final moment will come one day for all of us. Best Wishes, Gary
