The Missed Moments

We walked together
for quite a distance in this
arduous journey of life.

We endured the scorching heat of summer
and the bone-numbing cold of winter,
We celebrated the coming of spring
and observed with a tinge of sadness
the onset of autumn,
We laughed and cried together
and crossed many a milestone;

But I wonder...
Now that she is forever gone,
Did I ever tell her
I Love You?
