The Mirror
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i can see the real you when i look into your eyes
behind your perfect smile there is a web of lies.
among a crowd of people, joy shows on your face,
but i can see right through you, i know you feel out of place.
you laugh and joke with all around trying to avoid my look
but i know what you're thinking, i can read you like a book
but i will keep your secrets, i'll take them to the grave.
locked away in my reflection like an undiscovered cave.
but remember when you look at me, the truth i'll always know;
you may fool them, but no not me, i can see its all for show.
