The Mirror

Tonight I'm gonna hold her, the way she wants me to
My lips are gonna kiss her, the way I planned them to
Tonight we're gonna share, our secrets just me and her
Then I'm gonna tell her I love her, before I leave this mirror

Tonight I'm gonna stare at her, before I drink to much
I'm gonna brush back her hair, for just a little luck
Tonight I'm gonna caress her body, with my fingertips
Then I'll wipe off the mirror, where I placed my lips

Tonight I'm gonna ask the Lord, to help make her real
So I can hold her in my arms, to show her how I feel
Tonight I'm gonna make a wish, on a falling star
Then maybe she'll step out of the mirror, into these arms

Tonight I'm gonna hold her, the way she wants me to
My lips are gonna kiss her, the way I planned them to
Tonight we're gonna share our secrets, just me and her
Then I'm gonna tell her I love her, before I leave this mirror

Tonight we're gonna share, our secrets just me and her
Then I'm gonna tell her I love her, before I leave this Mirror
