The Milk Bone Dog
They must be plain
They must be small
Able to hold in-between
His two front paws
Just a nibble than a bite
Tasty treat delight
Savor the crunch
Genghis lips smack
Enjoying his snack
He takes one out of the bowl
In his mouth he carefully holds
Walks around with the treasure
Teasing Kublia with pleasure
The silly dog hides them everywhere
Milk bones milk bones here and there
Hoping to go back for his treats
Those that Kublia didn't find and eat
He even eats his treats on my bed
Leaving crumbs after he has fed
Milk bone dog I must love you so
He is my shadow and he knows
Sixteen years a long time for sure
For the blues the silly dog is the cure
