The Midnight Train
A long and exhausting ride
Nothing to see, just dark views on both sides
And time stops ticking
People are just sitting and thinking
Here, everyone is a stranger
No words are spoken, only converse with their own minds
Wondering when it’ll end
Even everything happens for a reason they say
I still can’t have an open mind
To find what I really want to find
I may not be a modest person
I can’t even start a conversation
But one thing I desire the most
Is to live in a dream
Expectation is easy come and easy go
I fall so easily
And it’s hard to put the puzzles back together again in one piece
Am I living it right? Damn, no
It might be a quarter life crises
But in faith I believe and in dream I will live
The midnight train is a transition
To find a clear conclusion
