The Meteor Shower

We seldom see a meteor shower It must be the right time The right place, the right people And a delightful encounter To make our wishes If sometimes all of a sudden a meteor falls It may symbolize the death of a sparkling star From the outer space We mourn for the loss We also mourn for the death of Truth and freedom in this world As the truth and freedom is just like A star in the sky Too high to reach Even if it falls Is too far to reach And too fast to catch with our hands
