THE MERMAN II

One day I decided to go on 
A vacation with 
Family and friends
We stayed at an Airbnb
With the perfect water
Front view, I step out to
Get a closer look
And take pictures of the 
Beautiful view with
My phone, when it slipped 
Out of my hands and fell in
The water, a few minutes later
It was tossed back onto the deck
I stood there surprised and puzzled 
I picked up my phone and looked over 
Into the water, a head suddenly popped up
It was a man’s face smiling at me 
I stood there in disbelief 
And said to myself why would
A man be floating in the water 
Suddenly, he flips his tail up and 
I realized it was a Merman
I screamed out loud and my family
Rushed to my aid, and saw the 
The Merman as he swims away
Quickly! We were so scared 
That we never spoke a word
