The Memory of You---First Kiss

I can still feel your lips on mine, your fingers tangled in my hair. I can still smell your sweet perfume, a whisper lingering in the air. As if you're with me every hour, as if your love will always stay— as if I’ve known you a thousand years and fell for you again today. Won’t you listen to my song? It rises straight from the heart. I’ll sing to you of all I feel— yes, that is where I’ll start. My love for you is unconquerable. My love for you is strong. My love for you will never fade; it will last my whole life long. Last night, we kissed for the first time. Last night, I knew love that was true. Now the memory burns in my mind— the memory of you.
