The Memory it carries

The happy drops of the rain
that irrigates the thirsty ground
Carrying the memory of every soul
In love with the rain they all sing

Rain gives water, water gives life
Life gives memories,
Memories engraved in each single drop
That makes me cry not because of the sadness
But the overwhelming joy like the million drops

The rain reminds me of the people
Not only the people but the smells also
The smell that reminds of the taste the tastes that carries ancient memories that are only found in each drop of the rain
Is not Christmas beautiful when wet?
