move
like the melody of rain,
— somehow creating a beautiful mood

… a whisper of love —
falls lightly upon my skin.

— you then
softly say,

breathe me in
and stay . . .

let me take your breath away.

i melt
in the melody —
so whisper once again,

as the tip-tapping of rain
continues to create a poetic symphony
— between breaths

… yours and mine.

The fact is, rain is therapy for the soul and spirit, even though we experience all of it's delights through our physical. If we pay attention it speaks to us. You sum this up quite beautifully here.. I want to close my eyes again, after reading your crafted words, and meditate on life's gifts. Thank you for the beautiful moment. Blessings, Sx :)

The melody of rain is so soothing and musical especially to a heart in love. It heightens the romantic fervor. In the cool fluidity of rain, one gets drenched. Your words are a luscious as you... They seem to ease from the tip of your fingers...Even with only a few words you create such imagery... There is sensual imagery here that softens the heart and senses... You have a remarkable way with words my friend..
