The Meeting
Two strangers meet
So much alike
They feast together
Into the night.
In for a penny
In for a pound
Counting their lucky stars
For what they have found.
Joy and laughter
Peace and love
Neither one
Wanted to give up.
A lasting meeting
Not a one night stand\Two hearts joined
And began to sing.
The meeting's not over
Their life has begun
United together
Forever as one.
