The Mean Girls Club

I heard that there is a group called the mean girls club. An elite group of poetesses that some like to snub. A strong group of women who have each other’s backs, and band together against petty and meaningless attacks. There must be some jealousy from some not in our group, as they continue to throw jabs and daggers in the blog soup. We enjoy writing our poems as we express our rights, while others continue to only see us in a negative light. Let us know if you want to join our supportive club, as we continue to ignore the negativity and rise above. I am a proud lifetime member of this mean girl’s group, and will continue to defend my friends, that is the scoop!

Never heard of it... I suppose I don't want to be called mean but hope that I am supportive of my sincere friends. God bless you all and I pray you always have the joy and peace that comes from knowing the Lord Jesus. I will always be a friend for poets who are positively inclined. I never read blogs really. I have limited time for my own poems. What disappoints me is that I read once in a while over 60 poems and barely receive a third unless my poem is a POTD and I have had my share of them, so I cannot expect more for a while.

Hi Tania, I thought of the movie instantly. This should be a place to write and share poetry. And meet other poets from different walks of life.It should be “ drama free “ But that’s impossible. This is a special edition. Hot off the press! I don't mind being called a 'mean girl.' I'm in great company among a group of strong women who are not afraid to defend each other... even get a titch feisty if the need arises. I hope we get lots of ladies who support our cause.
