Creative ku. I enjoyed reading it today. We had one to die in our yard this past summer. I don't know if he had been eating our leftovers that I put out for the animals of the neighborhood or not but sometimes I wonder? Sara

The Haiku excellently caught the disturbance caused by possums in search for food in an urban neighborhood! Beautiful! all the best in the contest. Thanks - Marshall

These American marsupials are guilty if that "crime," but not so defined in haiku-country. Thanks for a possum haiku. In my culture possums are prosecuted for liteering the neighborhood. Thanx 4 reading me
