The me inside of me

The me inside of me
Isn’t supposed to be seen
It’s deemed to feel the shame of me
Inside what cries out to be heard
But often ignored by those close to me
Let the story be told
That the inside of me
Is not ok
It needs to be seen
With care and love
The process of pain
Is overwhelming to me
With love loss, bares the ugliness of grief
The burning connection
To feel the love of those lost
Sends a vail of blackness and pain
To process alone
With weather of tears alone
Beside myself frozen from going on
Pains me to lose such a love
That is gone
