The Masked Bass
I went fishing without much luck
suddenly the line straightened
the reel started to peel and scream...
In the time it takes to drink a warm beer
or take a drunken pee,
I lifted its mass to the silvery surface..
but just as i was about to finish the task
the little devil spit the hook back at me
but before it slipped into the depths,
I caught a glimpse and swear to God
it donned a silly covid mask
