The Manger

Remember the wise men
Whom King Herod sent
To find Baby Jesus
To see where He went

They followed the star
By night and by day
Their journey seemed endless
But on task they remained

The power possessed
By one little Man
A baby so mighty
No One
Could With Stand

The Wise Men they came
And worshipped the Baby
They knelt down before Him
The Gifts there they laid

Frankincense
Gold
And Myrrh
Were brought forth
Royalty began
In the Manger
Our Lord

Born in a Manger
No room in the Inn
All Jesus needed
Was a place to begin
