The Man Who Wants To Spend a Lifetime With You
Surely you recognize me
From all of my wants
To all of my needs
From daylight to dusk
And all points between
The way that I must
Set my love free
The way that I hold
Onto your soul
Where I never once
Would let you go
From what you would guess
To things that you know
Give you my heart
To call it your own
Where the words that I speak
Are more often true
Than ever not
In what I say that I'll do
I guarantee this
Though it's nothing new
I'm the man who wants
To spend a lifetime with you
