The Man On the Stone
The Man On The Stone
Man assumes the curse of Cain
Killing your brother began it all
Millions of people die at the hand of violence
Babies, women or men it doesn’t matter
All are victims of an everlasting war
Where is the man on the stone?
He came to us once
Talking about love and peace
There was no death ever in his words
He was hated yet he spoke only of love
Where is the man on the stone?
We need to hear his words
We have forgotten everything he lived for
There has to be a man on the stone
Raising his face and hands up to Heaven
Asking ethereal beings to care for their children
But that is all blind hope and faith
That is all we have except for a single question
Where is the man on the stone?
