The Magic of the Trees

We read of beauty and love
Of Kings
Of Queens
What of the trees?
Where magic and colour became
Many shades of green

Long ago
In a far off time
When trees could move
When trees could whisper

The king of earth did ask
The Whispering Trees
A certain task
To hide a Castle
Tress to grow mighty and tall
Hide the Heartstone
That resides in the Great Hall

Trees
Living through centuries
Tell of many things
Of legends
Of Queens and Kings
Faeries' magic
Love too
