The Mad Rush
They swarm the street like mad ants
Scraping up all that the can find
They are panic buying while some people are crying
The people are anxious and they are moving in a rush
Something is swirling in the air and it is causing
the people to fear
The mad rush is in the town
And everyone is running around
Trucks cars and van are rolling up and down the street
Getting ready for the next episode to complete
Big truck, little truck, big vans, little van
expensive cars, cheap cars,
And big wheels are rolling all over the town
People are parading up and down the town
Some well dressed and some wearing their afternoon best
Anf the officers are driving around lookng like a frantic clown
But the day continue to ride and celebrate its ultimate pride.
I can feel the consciousness riding in
While the people lament over their sins
The restriction and the boundries, has made
Everyone looked refined in these striking time
Big robust men that are very hard to bend
Trembelling on their feet and still trying to
make sense of the sudden shock wave around
They still cannot come to terms with this reality
It hasn't reached their door steps yet, but
Something gigantic is operating from within
And it is singing a wonderful hymn
The people are looking out of space
and the hustlers are rushing to end the final race
They are walking up and down the street
To make every penny to buy food to eat
And in the midths of the mad rush, a woman
dressed in full white teased the crowd
She had a serious warning that the misery has just began
And warned the people of death and sickness upon the land
"Jamaica has fallen some people will make it
While the others will perish under it" she shouts
Something is comming to the town
So becareful where you are bound
Your life will change, the game will change
And prople will soon start running up and down in shame
You must maintain a strong heart and fill your
Mind with positive thinking or sing a nice hymn
Enjoy the finer things in life
And fill your days with joy and delight while you are alive
And when the moment draws near you have nothing to fear
This is different kind of war that we have never fought
This a new kind of war that caught everyone by surprise
It is a war that will keep everyone thinking all night.
It is the beginning of world war three in the third degree
The ships are lined up and the planes are standing by to deliver much
needed supplies.
The health war has broken out
No weapon just sanitizers to wash your hands.
