The Loyal Bird

I promise to be true and I won’t allow anyone or anything to come between me and you, the stakes are too high and already we are soaring in the sky, I will reach the summit close to the sun and I will show you something that you have never seen before the day is done; the journey around the earth is long but I will give you a helping hand.

Morning breaks like shadows bleeding from the earth pulling up rubble and digging up dirt, and mad-men with gigantic appetite roam the streets looking for something to eat with protruded stomach and empty gut , they knock on doors with the bell of hope and promises girt around their waist and alcohol evaporating from their rancid breath while sweat pours out of their skin.

As daylight hit the ground their remedy could not be found and the market place come alive and the vendors with their basket loaded with goods sprawl out on the sides of the street, calling out to the people that they meet to buy their good like a good merchant should, but there was not enough money to buy.

So destiny appease the market women’s cry and lift the burden off their heads before the market is dead, in less than five minutes everything sold off like hot bread and the women could finally make their children happy; they had enough money to feed the entire family.

A miraculous wave was coming to town and they were docked in boats all around the coastline to rescue the markets from the decline, they start unloading the boat with marlin and trout accompanied by visitors from the east, west, north and south, they had everything they need to get back on their feet.

The market was finally balance and I order a basket of French croissant and a combination of California, Italian and French wine to bring variety in the city and enhance its cosmic beauty.

The loyal birds spread its wing over the capital city ushering a magnitude of passion, love and energy in, and those that were down starts moving around and the kinetic energy that was hard to understand starts to manifest its self in the open land, and color ignite with colors creating a magnificent sight.

And so the carnival celebrations began in every city, village and community waving colors of love, harmony and peace as the marching band moves along and parade in the streets, new aspirations spread s around and drove the dead beat spirit out of the air that is causing people to fear, and the loyal bird flew on my shoulder.

With tears of joy it its eyes, it signal to me that the struggle was finally over, all the birds crowd the street in assorted colors, spreading out on limbs and branches, walls and tall buildings to celebrate the crossing over.
