The Lost Shall Remain Nameless

The lost shall remain nameless A splintering shard of ice collapsing on the frozen lake The breath intakes an absolute Infinity of ideas Wrapped and packaged in unoffensive paper The tools of an art Begged and borrowed down the line Streams of unconsciousness Lying beneath the watery alter Does it bother you That yes I mind the silence In between the sentences you speak And should it be so That I cannot hide what I think That you should turn away And save what is unsaid For a rainy day We will lose ourselves in the sounds Of modern life
